In the postmaster account (Admin Account) on SmarterMail, there are three additional options available.

* Domain Reports

  Domain Reports shows statistics of the overall activity stats the user in that domain has done.

  Click on Domain Reports on the top bar to navigate through.

* Domain Settings

  Through Domain Settings, you can administer users from the account page.

  1. Select Accounts from the left bar.

  5. In the User Connections, you can drop user connection, resync devices.

  7. In User Statuses, you can expire user passwords, reindex, and see passwords attempts by the user.

  8. In General page, you can customize the following :

     • **Domain Aliases** – Add additional domain names that point to the same domain.\
     • **User/Alias Settings** – Configure two-factor authentication, profile editing, address list visibility, and spam filter permissions.\
     • **Calendar Auto-Clean** – Set automatic deletion rules for old calendar items.\
     • **Folder Auto-Clean** – Configure automatic cleanup rules for email folders.\
     • **Email Signing (DKIM)** – Enable DKIM to improve email authentication and deliverability.\
     • **External Senders** – Manage policies related to external email senders.\
     • **Block Authentication by Country** – Restrict login attempts from selected countries.\
     • **Attachments** – Configure inbound and outbound attachment extension blacklists.
