There's also a calendar features implemented in the mail, allowing users to setup a meeting or event via mail with notifications and notes.
To access, click on Calendar on the top left corner of the webmail page.

Click anywhere on the date, a window will pop up for setting up events.

Click on save, the event will be shown on your calendar.
