Content Filtering is a feature that automatically checks email messages for specific words, phrases, or patterns and then applies rules, such as blocking the email, moving it to a folder, or flagging it.

Click on Settings on the top bar to navigate through.

Select Connectivity on the left hand side of the bar.

Click on New to setup the options, conditions, and actions.
Name your content filtering rules.

On the conditions tab, you can set the conditions of which messages is going to be filtered.

On the actions tab, select which action is going to be taken when the messages is filtered.
