Introduction to SpamExperts, General Overview

SpamExperts is an email security service that filters spam, unwanted links & mails. It sits in front of the mail server and blocks bad emails before they ever get delivered. This is the front page, your dashboard.

In the General tab, there are two options : Mailbox Configuration & Domain Aliases

• Mailbox Configuration, by default the settings has been using recommended protections.
  

• Adding Mailbox and Mailbox Aliases Manually

  Manual configuration of mailboxes is not required, but may be used if you wish to customize the behaviour for specific mailboxes.

  1. Click on Mailboxes or Mailbox Aliases in the top mid.

  2. Click on Add Mailbox

  3. Fill in your desired Mailbox and hit Save.

  

• Domain Aliases

  A mailbox alias rewrites email from one address at a domain to another address at the same domain.
  

  1. To setup Domain Aliases, click on Add Domain Alias.

  2. Enter your domain alias and hit Save once done.
